Background

Origins.

Born at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida and raised in Virginia, my perspective was shaped by growing up in a military family. Those experiences informed my understanding of identity, belonging, and the relationship between people and place. Across cities and cultures, I am interested in how communities create value, how institutions shape opportunity, and who ultimately owns the places we build.

Work

What I build.

Today, I work at the intersection of cultural economics, real estate development, public policy, technology, and storytelling. As the founder of Atelier 411 Studios and Touché Sports & Media Ventures, I build businesses, intellectual property, and cultural infrastructure that connect creative potential with economic opportunity.

Research

What I study.

My work is guided by a central belief: culture is not simply an amenity. It is an economic force that shapes communities, influences investment, and creates lasting value. I am particularly interested in who owns that value, who benefits from development, and how communities can participate in building their futures.

My work connects cultural economics, investment, technology, public policy, and storytelling to a larger question: Who gets to benefit from the value a place creates?

Culture creates value. Capital shapes places. Ownership determines who benefits.
